TTA-ISO MaxSorter

By TTA-ISO

The TTA-ISO MaxSorter is a high-speed grading machine for young plants in two to four grades.

TTA-ISO's MaxSorter picks plugs from the donor tray with automatically disinfected plant grippers; a pusher pin system from below pushes the plants up. An imaging system evaluates each individual plant and sorts into two, three or four grades. Rejected plants are collected; results can be recorded in a log file. According to TTA-ISO the capacity is 6,000 - 12,000 plugs per hour (as stated by TTA-ISO). Availability in the Netherlands is not confirmed.
