According to LG it uses a microphone, a 3D camera and 18 sensors, including LiDAR and ToF, and travels at up to 1 m/s. Runtime is 9 hours and charging takes 5 hours. LG lists wayfinding, information, added security and advertising as applications in museums, convention centres, cinemas and hotels. At DFW airport the robot was trialled at the gates in 2022. The CLOi ServeBot and CarryBot are already in the guide; the GuideBot is a different type of robot with its own application.
